If the customer wishes to make modifications to their order(size, color, address, etc...), they have up to 24 hours to request an order modification by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an email is sent later than that, the request for an order modification will not be accepted.
We have a NO RETURN policy. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.
If the customer's order gets sent back to us because they put in the incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for paying for a new shipping label.
Al Grandé will only cancel an order if an item from the order placed by the customer is out of stock.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card that can only be used in our store. All gift cards will be sent to the customers via email.
Any order viewed as suspicious or fraudulent will be canceled immediately and the payment made by the customer for that order will not be accepted. Also, if the customer’s shipping address and billing address do not match, their order will be canceled immediately and the payment made by the customer for that order will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If needed, the customer must always sign their package on the day of delivery because once their package gets dropped off at the post office, Al Grandé is no longer responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
