Q. HOW DO I PAY?

A. All payments must be made at checkout on our website. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A. YES, we only cancel orders if your order has not been shipped. Once we've shipped your package, your order cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel an order, you must email us at support@algrande.shop so we can help you.


Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY ORDER GETS SENT BACK TO YOU?

A. If your order gets sent back to us, it means you had put the incorrect shipping informations. If so, you are responsible for paying for another shipping label.

Q. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

A. NO, we do not do pick ups. All orders placed on our website will be delivered to you by mail.

Q. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

A. Any order viewed as suspicious will be cancelled. Also, if your shipping and billing address doesn't match, your order will be cancelled. Finally, if the item you purchased is out of stock, we will cancel your order.

Q. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY PACKAGE GETS STOLEN OR LOST?

A. You must always sign your package on the day of delivery because once your package gets dropped off at the post office, Al Grandé is no longer responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

Q. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?

A. Please read our refund policy.

Q. HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

A. Every item bought on our website (clothing, shoes, bags and jewelry) will often be shipped to you seperatly to avoid additional shipping fees such as customs and duties.

Q. WHERE IS AL GRANDÉ BOUTIQUE LOCATED?

A. Al Grandé Boutique has multiple warehouses, in the US and in Hong Kong. An order will be delivered to you from one of our warehouses depending on what region the customer who placed the order is located.

Q. HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING TIME WORK?

A. Our shipping time varies from customer to customer. Our order processing time is 4 to 7 business days, but if our employees are on holiday, the order processing time is 7 to 14 business days. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shipping time depends on the region our customers who place an order are located. Customers will recieve their package as early as 1 week or as late as 6 weeks after shipment. If your order requires additional shipping fee such as customs and duties, an email will be sent to you and Al Grandé Boutique will either walk you through all the following steps to clear the fees or you will be given the option to get your order cancelled.
